Honest conversations about love, dating, and everything in between.

This cozy group invites you to sit down with warm tea, a sweet treat, and real talk. We unpack modern romance, heartbreak, and connection—with no judgment, just support, shared laughs, and a few decorative activities along the way. Perfect for anyone navigating dating or seeking meaningful connection.  21+

We meet every Monday at 6pm starting July 14th!

Emotional Art

Art therapy-inspired support group to explore emotions creatively. (12 weeks)
Every week, we’ll dive into a new art project to help process feelings, build self-awareness, and connect with others. No art skills are needed—just come as you are. Whether you're managing stress, depression, anxiety, or simply want an expressive outlet, this group is here to help you create and feel. Reach out to see what time your age group starts.

We meet every Wednesday at 5pm starting July 16th.

Angry Theater

A creative group for managing anger through acting and role-play.

In Angry Theater, we use short scenes and improv to explore tough emotions and real-life conflict. Every session includes time to act, reflect, and practice coping tools in a supportive, no-pressure space. No acting experience needed—just bring your emotions and a willingness to explore them in new ways. Reach out to see what time your age group starts.

We meet every Friday at 5pm starting July 18th.

Flowers

A gentle support group for emotional healing and depression.

Each week, we gather to talk, reflect, and explore feelings through the symbolism of a new flower. Whether you're struggling with depression, feeling emotionally heavy, or just need a soft place to land—you are welcome here. This group offers quiet connection, themed activities, and space to heal, grow, and feel less alone. Reach out to see what time your age group starts.

We meet every Saturday at 4pm starting July 19th.

Finding You

Character Building, Self-Discovery, and Personal Growth

This group is all about rediscovering who you are—beyond your roles, your responsibilities, and your past. Through guided activities, self-exploration prompts, and supportive group discussion, you'll build confidence, clarify your values, and learn what makes you, you. Whether you're starting over, feeling lost, or simply seeking growth, this group will help you reconnect with your authentic self.

Love In Bloom

Couples reconnecting through romance (10 weeks)

Whether you've been together five years or fifteen, it’s easy to lose touch with the spark that brought you together. This 10-week group helps couples rediscover emotional and romantic connection. Each session includes guided conversations, fun intimacy-building exercises, and practical tools for navigating communication, trust, and vulnerability. It’s playful, heartfelt, and designed to create space for love to bloom again—at your pace, in your way.

Empty Space

A Grief Group for When Words Aren’t Enough

Loss creates space—one that often feels empty, confusing, and heavy. This group offers a quiet place to bring your grief, whether recent or long-standing. Through shared conversation, reflection exercises, and grounding practices, you'll learn how to carry your grief with care and find healing that feels true to you. You don’t have to move on—you just have to move through. And you don’t have to do it alone.

Too Comfortable

From Stuck to Stirred—Reignite Your Motivation

This group is for anyone who’s feeling stuck, uninspired, or “too comfortable” in the wrong ways. Whether you're battling procrastination, burnout, or a lack of direction, we’ll help you shift from passive to purposeful. With practical tools, weekly challenges, and supportive check-ins, you’ll set goals, track your progress, and break through mental blocks—one small step at a time.

Mad Mallets

Turn Anger into Rhythm. Turn Frustration into Flow.

This group transforms raw emotion into sound and movement. Using percussion instruments like mallets and drums, we channel intense feelings—especially anger—into music and rhythm. You'll also learn emotion-regulation skills, grounding techniques, and how to recognize the signs of anger before it boils over. Perfect for people who are tired of talking about it and ready to hit something (constructively, of course).

Paper Tigers

Real Talk for Real Parents

Parenting is tough—especially when you're trying to do it right without losing yourself in the process. This group offers support, validation, and practical tools for parents who feel overwhelmed, guilty, or just need extra help navigating the emotional side of caregiving. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a space where you can be honest, ask questions, and learn how to show up for your kids and yourself.

Move Through It

Fitness-Based Emotional Release & Regulation

Anger lives in the body—so let’s move it. This group blends physical movement (boxing-inspired workouts, strength exercises, and guided routines) with emotional awareness practices to help you manage stress, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Each session ends with a cool down, group check-in, and tools for emotional regulation. It’s not about getting fit—it’s about getting free.
