Little Art Lab

This Children’s Coping Skills Art Group helps kids strengthen emotional regulation in a fun, creative way. Children will use art projects, games, and gentle group discussion to explore emotions and learn tools they can use at home and school. This group is supportive, encouraging, and designed to meet kids where they are emotionally.

No art skills are needed—every child is welcome. Our goal is to help children feel more confident managing big emotions while enjoying a positive group experience.

Kids Pottery Class

Give your child a midweek creative reset with our Kids Pottery Class, held every Wednesday. This engaging class blends hands-on clay projects with mindful art techniques designed to support focus, patience, and confidence.

Each week, children explore a new theme—such as coil-built castles or imaginative sculptures—while learning foundational pottery skills in a supportive, fun environment. No prior experience is needed, and all materials are provided.

Classes are structured yet relaxed, making them ideal for children who benefit from creative expression, routine, and positive social interaction.

We meet every Wednesday at 10AM, 11AM, and 12PM

Flowers

A gentle support group for emotional healing and depression.

Empty Space

A Grief Group for When Words Aren’t Enough

Loss creates space—one that often feels empty, confusing, and heavy. This group offers a quiet place to bring your grief, whether recent or long-standing. Through shared conversation, reflection exercises, and grounding practices, you'll learn how to carry your grief with care and find healing that feels true to you. You don’t have to move on—you just have to move through. And you don’t have to do it alone.

We meet every Saturday at 2PM.

Quiet Confidence

Social anxiety can make school, friendships, and everyday life feel overwhelming. Our Teen Social Anxiety Art Group is a supportive space where teens can build confidence, practice coping skills, and express themselves through creative activities—without pressure.

This group is ideal for teens who feel shy, overwhelmed in groups, struggle with fear of embarrassment, or avoid social settings. No art experience needed—just come as you are.

We meet every Friday at 3PM and 4PM.

The Calm Canvas

Our Art Therapy Group with Jennifer is a supportive wellness group focused on emotional expression, stress relief, and personal growth through art. This group is ideal for adults who want healthy coping tools, emotional support, and a creative outlet in a calm environment.  Each session includes a guided art activity paired with therapeutic processing.

You don’t need to be an artist to join. Art is used as the tool—not the goal. Come create, reflect, and leave with a stronger sense of calm, clarity, and connection.

We meet every Tuesday at 5:15PM

The Grief Canvas

Grief can feel heavy, confusing, and isolating—but you don’t have to go through it alone. Our Grief Art Group with Jennifer offers a supportive space to process loss through creative expression and group connection. Each session includes guided art activities designed to help you express feelings that can be hard to put into words.

No artistic skills are required—this is not about being “good at art.” It’s about using art as a healing tool while receiving support, validation, and community.

We meet every Thursday at 5:15PM

Finding You

Character Building, Self-Discovery, and Personal Growth

This group is all about rediscovering who you are—beyond your roles, your responsibilities, and your past. Through guided activities, self-exploration prompts, and supportive group discussion, you'll build confidence, clarify your values, and learn what makes you, you. Whether you're starting over, feeling lost, or simply seeking growth, this group will help you reconnect with your authentic self.

Love In Bloom

Couples reconnecting through romance (10 weeks)

Whether you've been together five years or fifteen, it’s easy to lose touch with the spark that brought you together. This 10-week group helps couples rediscover emotional and romantic connection. Each session includes guided conversations, fun intimacy-building exercises, and practical tools for navigating communication, trust, and vulnerability. It’s playful, heartfelt, and designed to create space for love to bloom again—at your pace, in your way.

Too Comfortable

From Stuck to Stirred—Reignite Your Motivation

This group is for anyone who’s feeling stuck, uninspired, or “too comfortable” in the wrong ways. Whether you're battling procrastination, burnout, or a lack of direction, we’ll help you shift from passive to purposeful. With practical tools, weekly challenges, and supportive check-ins, you’ll set goals, track your progress, and break through mental blocks—one small step at a time.

Mad Mallets

Turn Anger into Rhythm. Turn Frustration into Flow.

This group transforms raw emotion into sound and movement. Using percussion instruments like mallets and drums, we channel intense feelings—especially anger—into music and rhythm. You'll also learn emotion-regulation skills, grounding techniques, and how to recognize the signs of anger before it boils over. Perfect for people who are tired of talking about it and ready to hit something (constructively, of course).

Paper Tigers

Real Talk for Real Parents

Parenting is tough—especially when you're trying to do it right without losing yourself in the process. This group offers support, validation, and practical tools for parents who feel overwhelmed, guilty, or just need extra help navigating the emotional side of caregiving. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a space where you can be honest, ask questions, and learn how to show up for your kids and yourself.

Move Through It

Fitness-Based Emotional Release & Regulation

Anger lives in the body—so let’s move it. This group blends physical movement (boxing-inspired workouts, strength exercises, and guided routines) with emotional awareness practices to help you manage stress, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Each session ends with a cool down, group check-in, and tools for emotional regulation. It’s not about getting fit—it’s about getting free.
