Each session includes guided conversations, fun intimacy-building exercises, and practical tools for navigating communication, trust, and vulnerability. This group transforms raw emotion into sound and movement. Using percussion instruments like mallets and drums, we channel intense feelings—especially anger—into music and rhythm. You'll also learn emotion-regulation skills, grounding techniques, and how to recognize the signs of anger before it boils over. Perfect for people who are tired of talking about it and ready to hit something (constructively, of course). 

Real Talk for Real Parents

Parenting is tough—especially when you're trying to do it right without losing yourself in the process. This group offers support, validation, and practical tools for parents who feel overwhelmed, guilty, or just need extra help navigating the emotional side of caregiving. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a space where you can be honest, ask questions, and learn how to show up for your kids and yourself. 

Fitness-Based Emotional Release & Regulation

Anger lives in the body—so let’s move it. This group blends physical movement (boxing-inspired workouts, strength exercises, and guided routines) with emotional awareness practices to help you manage stress, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Each session ends with a cool down, group check-in, and tools for emotional regulation. It’s not about getting fit—it’s about getting free.
