I have been practicing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for the last 10 years. As a practitioner I have worked for the Mary K. Shell crisis hotline, Omni behavioral health, Clinica Sierra Vista, Kaiser, Mental Health Systems, Scotts Youth facility, Psychiatric Wellness Center, and Friese Hope House. I have held titles which include mental/behavioral health therapist, program coordinator, supervisor, shift coordinator, assessment coordinator, and head of service. As a provider I believe in knowledge and truth as path to achieving a mentally healthy self. I currently own my own private practice in which I practice as a Christian therapist and I am a professor at Bakersfield College and University of Phoenix. I enjoy helping clients gain clarity of thought and seeing life through scriptural lenses as the basis of truth.
